I profusely apologise for any inconvenience caused but I can in fact see that we did post out the same day. It is showing on interlink as delivered and signed for on the following day which is the 24/02/16. I will contact your personal email to resolve the situation. Once again my apologies. I do sincerely apologise for all of the inconvenience caused. I have looked into when you placed the order and it was placed at 19:16 on the 03/03/16 this is after our 3:00pm cut off point for next day deliveries. It is also explained on our website that we only offer next day delivery Monday-Thursday. If orders are placed after 3:00pm on a Thursday you will have to select Saturday delivery. I can also see that re delivery was arranged. I do apologise once again you never received the item when you would of liked too.
