We are unable to inspect each and every unit on arrival, or when dispatched from, our warehouse as this would be impractical and impossible given the thousands of items we dispatch every week. We rely on our manufacturers for quality control and unfortunately, there are sometimes when they let us down and we are very sorry that one of these slip-ups has affected you.
