Great products, great customer service I recommend Mocka again and again

Item never arrived so they organised new one to be sent. This came damaged so they offered voucher. Annoying situation but they dealt with it well.

Where do I begin: - Delivery via Fastway Couriers was very poor. We weren't home for the first delivery attempt, then had to take a day of leave as delivery time could not be provided. Had to be home...

Product was simple to put together, the delivery was a lot quicker than what the website states. I am very happy with all my purchases with Mocka. Very prompt and great value for money.
