From the date that you brought this error to my attention I quickly instructed our factory to remake the mould, this work was started on July 9 on the eyes only as your request so we are way into production, the nose as with all detailing as adapted from our guideline 'on-paper' visual and then converted into its PVC format by our factory, our visuals are not and never have been an absolute technical science but a very close visualisation of how we envisage the key ring. I have already contacted my factory and have requested they are on the pre booked July 28 flight to us, if the remakes are on this flight with no customs clearance delays then you will hopefully receive for Aug 1, I am sorry the delays have affected your business plans and am doing all I can to resolve.

FURTHER DEVELOPMENT. Further to the above email, ; I instructed Pat in order processing to fully refund the payment she made, meaning she received two lots of 100 key rings, the remakes being perfect and her money back in full.
