Booking confirmed for work deluxe then 30 mins later cancelled. Why??
Booked tickets for work deluxe both ways, then received an email saying work deluxe option not available please call Mix & Match. Called and explanation given was not satisfactory, as if it wasn’t...

Hi and thanks for your feedback, I understand your frustration and annoyance. Availability of Works Deluxe seats is limited and while appearing to be available to book, this seat can only be confirmed after ticketing (as per Air NZ’s rules). This doesn't change your particular situation however, you have helped us to identify that we need to make this clearer for customers as part of our booking process—many thanks for your comments. Payments field let you down. When not enough true rewards points should be able to pay balance outstanding in one transaction. Not have to pay by credit card then call to have you deduct from true...

I love using mix and match for all my bookings, for some reason when booking my last flights though there was issues with using my QCARD. Other than that, I find your call center staff very helpful...
