Our technical support team have advised that you have not yet filled in the mandatory OPITO survey or completed the course to receive the OPITO certificate. Good at taking money but the customer service is awful. I queried if joining instructions had been sent to candidates last week and I've still not received an answer, despite 4 emails being sent.
