We're very sorry to hear that Royal Mail has failed to live up to our standards. It is rare that we hear this kind of feedback about Royal Mail's delivery but rest assured we will be taking this up with them. Unfortunately, while we pride ourselves on fast dispatch and secure packaging, once a package leaves our premises, the delivery process itself is out of our hands and in those of the courier. We can only apologise for this experience and we will be looking into this matter as it is equally disappointing for us as we go to every effort to ensure a positive customer experience.
