As we are a UK based company, it can take up to 20 working days for International Business Mail to deliver your package, unfortunately, there is no tracking number with the delivery option you selected, if you would like this in future we would suggest selecting the DHL service. However, I can see from our system that your order was dispatched the same day you placed your order, 14th January, so it's only been 4 working days since it was dispatched. I expect your order to arrive shortly but should you not receive your order within 20 working days please get in touch with us on +44 (0) 1380 812799 or sales@metabolics.co.uk so we can look into this matter with urgency. We would always suggest contacting us directly if you have a question about your order, rather than through a review, as this is the fastest route. Should you have any further questions please do get in touch and, again, I am sorry your order hasn't arrived as quickly as you expected, should you order with us again we can advise of the quickest delivery option to the US.

I am sorry for the delay you have experienced in receiving your order Reagan. I have looked into this matter and it appears as though you registered your address as UK and selected UK 1st class post - 1- 2 days, as you are based in the US this has slowed the order as it would not be possible to send your order this way. We have issued a partial refund as VAT was charged on your supplements because of this and the parcel was subsequently sent Airmail ROW - which the courier advises to allow up to 20 working days delivery. Your order was placed on the 14th January at 4.26pm, after which the post has already left us for the day so your order was dispatched the next day and left us on 15th January. We would suggest you use DHL in future as this is a trackable service, although more expensive. We have issued a partial refund for the postage and changed the country on your account to the USA so, hopefully, this shouldn't happen again. Although, should you ever have any queries regarding delivery or placing an order online, we would encourage you to contact us directly via +44 (0) 1380 812799 or email: sales@metabolics.co.uk as we'll be able to respond much quicker than over review. Again, we are very sorry your order hasn't arrived as quickly as expected, we pride ourselves on fast dispatch of orders, I will be looking into our account set up instructions so hopefully I can make it more clear where to select the country for delivery.

I can see that your order was placed on the 16th January and was dispatched the same day via Economy Airmail, the delivery method that was selected. Unfortunately, as we are a UK based company, the courier advises this can take up to 20 working days. Usually, this is a quick service and we would expect your order to have arrived by now but if it hasn't arrived within 20 working days please get in touch with us directly via +44 (0) 1380 812799 or email: sales@metabolics.co.uk where we can look into this as a matter of urgency. If you need a faster service we would suggest selecting DHL in the future.
