Our pricing display has recently changed, so item prices are now shown excluding local taxes and duties, which are instead included within the shipping cost at checkout. In this case, the actual Royal Mail delivery cost is £8.75, with the remaining amount covering the 20% tax and any import charges for Ireland. The total you pay hasn’t increased, it’s just presented differently now. All charges are paid upfront, so there are no unexpected fees on delivery and your order can clear customs quickly. You selected our Tracked 48 service, which has an estimated delivery timeframe of 2–3 working days. Your order was dispatched on the 14th and successfully delivered on the 16th, so it did arrive within this expected window. That said, we completely understand that timing expectations can vary, and we appreciate your understanding.

Firstly, please accept our apologies for the delay in responding — your original email was unfortunately filtered into our spam folder, which meant we did not see it as quickly as we should have. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We’ve since reviewed this with our Quality Control team. We checked our current stock from the same batch (018051), and everything appears as expected with no unusual odour. We’ve also sold a large number of units from this batch and haven’t received any similar reports. That said, omega-3 products do naturally have a distinctive smell due to the fish oil content. This can sometimes become stronger depending on storage conditions, particularly after the product has been opened. As we’re unable to account for how the product was stored after delivery, we can’t determine the exact cause in this case. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. We’d be more than happy to offer you either a replacement or a full refund. Please just let us know which option you’d prefer, and we’ll arrange this for you straight away. We’ve also reached out to you via email to follow up directly.
