I had a question about my report and contact with their doctor was speedily organised.The ensuing conversation with the doctor was both pleasant and helpful.

Had quite a few problems to be honest... 1. I had different test results between finger prick and venous tests 2. I was sent someone else's test incl their personal details 3. I was not told...

Still waiting for result
Two stars for the speed that the test came through and the convenience. Sadly I am still awaiting my test result so unable to say more at this point. Hopefully I will hear from them soon??

They propose three days results and I got them in 2 weeks!

Very efficient service, sample kit arrived by return of post and results available very quickly after receipt of sample. Good to get advice from doctor to direct you further.
