The service was excellent even with the delivery mix up. The delivery driver was very polite and kind enough to take time to maneuver the load around to the back of the house right next to the coal...

Good product let down by being soaking wet.
Received my coal, opened a bag and it was soaking wet, managed to get it to light once I dried some, burns well and low ash it's just the drying it first before I can use it, it's quite a problem...
