Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your kind comments regarding the initial appraisal, brochure and our support in progressing the sale through to completion. We were pleased to read your positive comments regarding the marketing of your property and the work undertaken to progress the sale once a buyer had been found. We are, however, sorry to learn that you felt some viewings were not conducted thoroughly. Our team always attend viewings fully prepared with property particulars and relevant information, tailoring their approach to each prospective purchaser to ensure viewers are given the opportunity to explore the property at their own pace whilst having their questions answered. Whilst there were occasions when we asked whether you would be willing to assist with viewings, our records show that our team conducted the majority of viewings throughout the marketing period. There were also instances where you kindly offered to undertake viewings yourself, which we appreciated. Nevertheless, we understand that your overall experience of this aspect of the sale did not fully meet your expectations and we value your feedback. At Masons, we always strive to provide a high level of service from instruction through to completion and comments such as yours help us to review and improve our processes. We are pleased that we were able to support you successfully through the later stages of the transaction and see the sale through to completion. We wish you all the very best for the future.
