Hi there. We are sorry that you were not happy with your experience. We do apologise for the delay on your moving in date and this disruption this will have caused; unfortunately we needed to gain approval from the building management, which we had not been made aware of. Fortunately, the manager was able to sort this out on the same day. With regards to your right to rent check, we initially advised you that you would be able to sign as we were under the impression you had a right to rent passport. When it transpired that this was not the case, the manager took you through the process, explaining what had to be done, and also called the Home Office on your behalf to organise the check for you. We believe we have done everything we can to help organise this for you, but we are still waiting on paperwork from your side. We have chased this repeatedly and have yet to hear back. If you should need any further advice on this, please do feel free to make an appointment to come into the office, we’ll be happy to help as much as we can. Kind regards, Marsh & Parsons

Told them some defects in the apartment on the first day of check in and no one followed up even on the day of check out 2 months later.
