Whilst we do offer professional indemnity cover, there are certain professions and criteria that we don’t cover. In your case, you indicated that you work as a Financial Consultant and that most of your income emanates from outside of the UK. I’m afraid that our policy isn't suitable for this, and as such we were unable to offer a quotation for professional indemnity cover. I can clarify that the cover you have with us is public liability insurance only, however if you still require a quote for professional indemnity cover, the British Insurance Brokers Association website (www.biba.org.uk) has a 'Find a broker' tool which may help in your search for cover. From our conversation earlier today, I understand you were trying to speak to our direct debit provider, Premium Credit.
