Hard to renew without a Banking App!
Our policy was cancelled this year at renewal despite speaking to a rep on the phone and agreeing to renew. Apparently this was because we don't have a "Banking App" and so our payment was declined...

As we are disabled so we require very specific cover for our pets. Many pets can actually cover us unlike many others
