It was my first time to fly to the I of M from Birmingham, the whole experience was so much better than travelling down to Gatwick and the ~Airport was more friendly.
It is exceptionally difficult to be "excellent" on any flight that is less than 45 minutes. It is of course easy to achieve "poor" or even "bad" however short a flight, but yours was assuredly "GOOD"
