Apologies the fare you booked was a special offer and these are non-refundable. The conditions are detailed in the booking conditions. You might be able to claim for the loss of your ticket via your travel insurance provider as in most cases this type of situation should be covered.

Booking - non-refundable deposit

Clear website, easy to reserve crossing for May 2017 although if crossings are so much in demand for TT week and prices aren't available until January it seems a lot to have a non refundable deposit...

Thanks for your feedback and for your time on the phone today.

As discussed, we requested for a refund for the additional night’s accommodation from the ferry operator and apologies, as the sailing was cancelled due to the adverse weather conditions forecasted for the port of Heysham they would not be able reimburse the cost of the hotel.

We recommend contacting your travel insurance provider with regards to the additional cost incurred.
