Hi Peter, Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear that your parcel did not arrive as quickly as expected. I have review the tracking and can see that Fedex delivered the parcel on 10/19, however this is a few days later than our 2-3 working day promise. I have arranged for your delivery charge to be refunded as compensation for this delay, and please once again accept our apologies. This was a few days later than we would have hoped due to the local tax / duty that needed to be paid before customs could release your parcel.
