Hi Sheena, I am sorry you feel that way. As I explained in my email I went into the factory and got a sample of both grades. (cold pressed & refined) I sent you supporting images which clearly showed the comparison between both oils & the significant change in colour. They are both incredibly natural products and pure cold pressed oils, which as a result will vary from batch to batch however are all in line with the specification. I would like to assure you, you have received the correct material & our technical team have also confirmed this. Hi Hazem, thank you for your feedback & I am so sorry we had to process a refund for your order. Unfortunately we sold the last stock of Mustard Oil before we had chance to update the website. Mustard is currently on a export ban from our normal source in India so we have not been able to replenish. Please be assured we are working really hard to resource this and will be in touch with a update within the next two weeks.
