Great service but not pungent enough

the service i received was really good however when the oils arrived they are not very strong. I have been mixing my own oils (from various suppliers for 3 years now) and when these were combined...

Hi Jill, thank you for your feedback it is always appreciated, although i am a little surprised! As you will see from all the technical paperwork we provide for the full range you will see that they are pure essential oils all of which are bought from source so i see no reason why you the aroma is not as strong. From experience however the aroma does vary greatly dependent on many factors including weather in the run up to harvest, time between harvest and essential oil production. Other than that the goods were QC checked prior to dispatch but if you have any further concerns please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Thanks for explaining potential reasons why, that was very helpful and I have mixed the blend again and increased the % of oil I add which seems to have worked. Will definately order from you again
