Any request for delivery by a vehicle other than our standard vehicle needs to be made by telephone and will usually incur an additional charge. Thank you for your response. It's a shame you have chosen to use our feedback platform to inform us of this issue rather than pick up the phone for an instant solution. Your invoice would have been automatically emailed to you when you purchased your item along with your order confirmation. You can also access all your invoices by logging into the account you have created on our website. I guess if the only thing about our service you could fault was not finding your VAT invoice we will take this as a positive!
