I am very pleased with the glazing, which I was able to fit easily. I have now removed the panels to the loft until I need them in winter.

Fast friendly service with queries well answered and delivery by the date promissed.
As explained below, the adhesive is the best in the business.
Panels must be removed from hotspots during the summer months, as the Acrylic expands and contracts minutely with temperature changes. Please see the care and maintenance instructions on the web-site.
Nevertheless this should not have happened if the installation instructions were followed precisely, and the panels were applied to a clean and flush surface.
Please accept our apologies for this unfortunate occurrence.
If you wish us to send some replacement tape, please let us know.

The TESA adhesive is the best available on the market. We have tried many inferior brands. The surface on which the strips are mounted on the window frame must be properly prepared as per the installation instructions which I'm sure you followed. Please also bear in mind that we recommend the removal of panels from "hot spots" during the summer months. Please refer to the care and maintenance instructions.
The offending strips can be re-applied using a contact adhesive such as "Evostik", or we can send out replacement tapes for the offending strips that have parted company from the frame.
The 20mm strips are quite capable of holding the panel sizes you have
