Thank you for your feedback. The Acrylic is actually 3mm, and, through our experience, is the optimum thickness for this application using this magnetic fixing method. The extra weight of any thicker material would then become an issue, and extra support with unsightly fixings would be necessary. Please bear in mind that it is the air that is trapped in the cavity between the two panes that does the job of insulating, not the thickness of the added panel.

Thank you for your feedback. Please scroll down this list to No. 12 where you will see the explanation given to another customer. Believe me, if a white coated magnet were available, I would have found it by now!
I know first hand from my supplier who provides this excellent and durable tape that they have tried in vain to coat the active side with an acceptable finish. I have visited their factory and listened to their reasons why it can't be done.
Also, there are so many different shades of white, so the chances of getting an exact match would be minimal.
Again, I must stress that you can paint over the tape on the edge of the window frame with whatever paint you have used for the rest of the window.
We do mention this more than once on the web-site, but we will amend our instructions to re-emphasise the point as it seem to get missed.
