Hi Kelly, It was lovely to talk with you earlier and I'm pleased to hear that you are happy in your new home! As I said on the phone I'm sorry to hear that when you called our office the team member you needed was not always available. All of our team are mobile members of staff which means they can be in and out of the office on most days, we do try and return all calls as soon as possible however I'm sorry if this was not the case.
