Thank you for your review. Some couriers require soft cases or bags to be boxed in cardboard for extra security and safety. This is not always the case but it was in this case. We are happy to have been of service to you.

Thank you for your review. There were some issues with the original booking which were not picked up by ourselves until nearer the time of the shipment. We have now changed our processes to facilitate this scenario not happening again.

Thank you for your review. In the majority of cases our services are reliable and prompt. Billions of items are moved within Europe every day and over Christmas this peeks even more. We always endeavour to quote accurate delivery times but on occasion delays can occur which are out of our sphere of control. Whenever an issue does arise we implement new procedures to try and prevent the same thing happening again. We are always improving our services for our customer.
I would not recommend Luggage Mule.
I have sent 4 suitcases from London to Barcelona and they were collected on the 13th of December and supposed to be delivered on the 19th of December.

Thank you for your review. We regret that your shipment did not run smoothly this time. There was a discrepancy in the address which needed to be reconfirmed but the couriers processes meant that the luggage was returned to it's origin. These kind of situations are rare and we do our best to make sure if something does arise that it is managed to a satisfactory conclusion.
