I can confirm that I did telephone you today but I was unable to speak to you directly and so I have left you a voice mail and have sent you an e-mail also. I can see that we were awaiting stock of this gift as the previous stock we had ran out due to the popularity of the offer. I am pleased to announce that this gift arrived last week and your 26 piece toolkit has been dispatched and will arrive to you shortly. As discussed the gift of the toolkit was subject to availability and due to the popularity of the offer we had run out of stock fairly fast.
