Easy and very good service
Never needed to insure a phone before, always bought cheap phones. But pixel 7 Pro is a different kettle of fish. All seems very easy.

Hassle, got there in the end.
Such hard work to take out the policy. Difficult to get the photo's approved. I had to take off the screen protector so it was clearer for them to see if there was any damage to my screen, this then...

As you needed to remove your screen protector for us to approve your policy we are more than happy to either send a replacement or reimburse the cost for a new one, and I apologise if you were not advised this. Quick to get through on phone and speak to a human
Helpful and knowledgeable when I phoned with questions. Let's see what happens if I need to make a claim though ;)
