Excellent service
This is an excellent product have been with them for a few years. I had a phone replaced by them with no hassle just replaced the phone. I still recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Dear John, We are sorry to hear that you have not been happy with service received. Upon further review we can see you had taken out a policy on the 07/02/23 and had made a claim 2 days later. For us to consider any claims your premiums must be up to date, and we will need to wait for your first payment to clear. Once this payment has cleared, we can then continue with your claim. Yes, As i said it was very unfortunate timing, it is still going to cost a significant amout of money to have it repaired. I offered to bring my premium up to date immediately so i wouldnt be left without a phone until the 21st at the earliest. Told that it would affect my direct debit and that i cant have it repaired by an authorised repairer myself in the mean time and claim it back. Its not really day one cover if its weeks until any action can be taken. Im sure you understand why this is disappointing.

Dear John Due to how new your policy is we have to wait for the direct debit to be taken so we can see this has come out of an active bank account so this is why we cannot take your first payment over the phone. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused. The loveit coverit team
