Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your recent experience. Please note that information about potential customs charges is specified on our Help Centre page under the Duties and Taxes section. We try to provide clear guidance so customers are aware of any fees that may apply when ordering internationally. You can view more information on our delivery here. Regarding packaging, we try to be as eco-friendly as possible by reducing the use of extra plastic bags. Most of the time, we ship the yarn directly in the box or envelope without additional wrapping. This helps cut down on plastic waste and keeps more bags out of landfills. Your feedback is very valuable, and we’ll share it with the team as we continue to review ways to improve the delivery experience. We truly appreciate your past support and hope we can restore your confidence in us for future purchases. Kind regards, Anna and the LoveCrafts Team
