Thankyou for your review, however sorry you feel that we did not handle your complaint effectively. I had explained when speaking to you the reasoning behind the delay in contacting you, however could have kept you better informed in the interim for which I am very sorry for. I had messaged the person in question requesting the alleged pictures were deleted but when actually speaking to them they say no pictures were taken which explains the conflicting information. I am sorry you feel the gesture offered was inadequate however if you had informed me of this I would have reviewed this however I hope you can appreciate this was a dispute between two parties to which you asked us to intervene to which we did, with a view to add in additional directional signage to prevent reoccurrence, drawing the matter to a close. We value our guests and owners equally, and I am really sorry that this had such a detrimental impact on your stay. I do hope you would consider a return one day where I am confident you would find our usual reputable standards well received. JV
