Incomplete delivery of samples, no response to email
This was after problems with the ordering.
In all paid for 8 samples only received 3!

The customer contacted us on 06/11/14 to let us known that not all of her samples had arrived. We emailed her the next day to apologise and said in that email that we would resend the missing fabrics on Monday 10th. They actually left us on Tuesday 11th and so the customer will receive them either later today or tomorrow.
We did email the customer and we will email her again to make sure that the second set of samples has arrived.
