Did not receive fabric samples that I paid for on 14th July, it is now 3rd August.

We are very sorry indeed that this box of samples seems to have gone astray. We have contacted the customer to let her know that we are sending out another set today, first class, and have refunded her postage cost. We have also offered the customer a discount off the next order she makes by way of compensation. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
