Dear Lottie, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Our customer service team can be contacted via our contact form, live chat or social media. We were contacted with a request to extend the booking and we responded and advised once the vehicle is in situ no amendments can be made, which is correct for all pre-booked parking. We then advised you had two options, you could either make a back to back booking, if the car park was available, or pay the car parks overstay charge. The overstay charge is set and paid to the car park directly and Looking4.com have no control over the overstay charge. Kind Regards The Looking4.com Team
