Looking4.com are a price comparison website and booking agent. As per the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of booking your contract is with the car park that you choose to book through our website.
Unfortunately, when you made the booking, you chose to book the non-flexible option, which was a few pounds cheaper than the flexible booking. Had you booked the flexible booking, we would have cancelled the booking and waived our cancellation fee due to the circumstances.
The car park that you booked sold the space to you at a further discount on the basis that it cannot be cancelled or amended. As you were affected by the collapse of Thomas Cook, the car park advised us that they would relax their non-flexible policy to allow you to change the dates on the booking, but they would not allow the booking to be cancelled and refunded.
As we do not own or operate the car parks, we are bound by their terms and conditions, and cannot override their decision as they will charge us for the car parking.
We can only apologise for any inconvenience and hope to welcome you back with a more positive experience for your next booking.
