the guys in branch where great but the whole process takes far too long, especially for existing customers having to re[eat the same application process every time they get a new loan

Easy to follow but a little longer winded seemed to take an age but would still recommend to others only disappoinment was I think I should have got am amazon gift voucher but didn't don't know if...
