The coat I received was not as per the photo on the website. I emailed little skiers but I have never received a reply. I didn't make a full on complaint but I asked for an explanation as to why...

I am so sorry that you felt you were ignored by your review on the ski jacket. It was totally my fault as I replied to your review in our website product review module - not thinking that you would not get the response. It is a limited system which is why we have recently signed up to FeeFo to improve our reviews system.
I did appreciate your original comments as it was an ordering error on my behalf and it enabled me to change the image.
We have a no-quibble returns policy, we want you to be happy with the items you bought so please contact me directly to exchange or return the helmet that is too big.

Thanks for the explanation re the jacket. The helmet will be fine when the heads a bit bigger!! It was a good deal so I'll hang on to it.
