Contacting Linens Direct via Feefo also redirects to your website page listing this address. It was clearly explained on the telephone that the goods are faulty in contradiction of your statement above that this wasn’t mentioned (I was in the room) as they ripped on first contact and we want to return them for a refund. As it appears impossible to contact you to gain resolution in any other way than the Feefo site here is the formal request. This has also been sent to you by Royal Mail. Dear Sir or Madam, REFERENCE: Linen Connect 686 (WEB686), - Linen Connect mattress covers I purchased a Linen Connect mattress covers from Linen Connect. At the point of purchase I paid £76.08. The mattress covers are not fit for purpose and are too small for single beds. They are made of paper which means that they rip when the are first put on the beds and they will not be waterproof. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract I have with Linen Connect that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. As you are in breach of contract and I've owned the product for 30 days or less, I am within my statutory rights to ask for it to be refunded.
