Was it worth all the effort?
A very slow process with very little feedback from Lime. I was always chasing them. Eighteen months after the accident I am still awaiting the cheque. I was also rather disappointed with the amount...

We regret to note that you found the process to be slow and that you did not get the level of feedback that you would have liked from our team. Unfortunately, delays can occur where liability is denied and in these circumstances it can take us a little longer to gather and present the evidence. 

Insurers often take 4 weeks to forward a compensation cheque and we ordinarily chase the cheque once a period of a month has passed. We have however chased the insurers again for your damages cheque and hope to forward this to you shortly.
