As discussed, we have been working hard on a process to settle card takings in customer accounts earlier in the day than our current commitment of pre-6pm. This is a response to feedback we have received and is something we know is very important to our customers.

Our recent work has allowed us to trial bringing forward settling times up to 8 hours from our promise of before 6pm, to as early as 10am.

We take it extremely seriously when a customer feels let down and are very sorry that you did not receive your card takings as quickly as you have become accustomed to in recent weeks. This inconsistency is not something we planned, we sincerely apologise for that and are working very hard to build better stability.
