Had issues with price match, tried in vain but you would not have it. Booked us 4 in a room at jumeriah hotel, double checked with your staff if this room they gave us would accommodate 4. Answere...

It is not unfortunately always possible to price match with another holiday after the booking has been made due to the dynamic nature of flights and hotel offers. We have passed your comments along to the hotel as the room booked was for 4 guests; they will review their check in procedures to ensure they always give a room that is suitable.
