I had to chase up final conformation details as emails regarding flights ,transfers etc, were not sent, by the time we received them seat selection etc was very limited as everyone else had details...

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you were not able to pre-book seats together. Our documents are issued in schedule with airline deadlines but we would always be able to supply our clients with the reference numbers earlier. We are sorry that on this occasion we were unaware you that you would have liked to of received these details in advance of the tickets. We sincerely hope that we will be able to offer you a future holiday and will ensure you have this information if required
