The buyers premium is paid up front to secure a property and terms and conditions are sent to all clients on the invoice where the payment details are placed. The terms and conditions were also explained to you prior to purchase. It is in our best interest to complete on the sale for both the buyer and the vendor selling the property.
In this rare instance, the sellers failed to collaborate as outlined in the agreement. As a result, and in line with our terms, we promptly issued you a full refund.
