Showrooms well laid out for viewing with salesman ready on hand if required. They were able to any questions that I asked and after we had made our choice they kept us informed with deliveries etc.

As a customer for many years , we have always been confident of high class service & to date we have not been disappointed.

Customer service is exemplary, everything happens as planned and follow up if there is a problem is polite and speedy. and staff go out of their way to ensure everything is as it should be.

We bought a bed. Tony Talbot is extremely knowledgeable, patient and not pushy which I appreciated. He also changed our order once it was placed and is holding onto the bed until we need it!

I would give 5 star . Good communication and delivered when they said they would.

The detail and knowledge from the team on both occasions when we visited the store were excellent. There was no hard selling but we knew there was someone available to talk to whenever we needed them.

A beautiful sofa and matching chair, were delivered well within the expected delivery period. The staff and delivery team were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.
