Does take longer than other companies but I feel this shows they are a responsible lender and I felt like I had a personalised service rather than being just a number.
Some excellent pleasant service from some on the telephone - others seemed to be quite abrupt and patronising.

Too complicated and process took too long. Wouldn't use lend fair again

We try and keep our process as simple as possible but as a responsible lender we are required to carry out an affordability and creditworthiness assessment to ensure we are lending responsibly. Please remember that we are not a pay day loans company so our process may take a little longer.
Good company keep you informed along the way. Just 1 problem, too many phone calls to rush the loan through i enquired and if i need it as soon as possible i would responds as soon as possible.
