Thank you for your feedback and i apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I have had a chance to investigate your case, although i am a little unclear on a few things. Firstly, the password protected document you received would have been the information relating to the medical declaration you made. The document password would have been your date of birth in 8 digit format, so for example, 8th March 1972 would be 08031972.
This would normally be explained in the policy documentation we sent you but i was unable to see that this instruction was included, which would indicate that a medical screening was not completed. Can you confirm if any pre-existing medical conditions were declared at the point of purchase please?
Im not asking you to divulge what conditions (if any) on the public domain, just a yes or no and i can take it from there.
Once i have this information, ill investigate further and contact you directly if necessary.
