Great products, and the shipping is super fast. I love that the most. Shipping was free and that’s also great. I get a magazine every couple of months with the latest sales.

Hello! We're sorry you're experiencing this issue with your solar cover. Our solar covers are lightweight and efficient but do also have the possibility of being moved by wind and water currents. To combat this issue, we encourage our customers to leave extra cover to drape over the sides of the pool, as well as make sure that all pool jets are angled down. We encourage you to contact customer service at 1.800.356.3025 or support@poolsupplies.com Monday-Thursday 8 am-8 pm, Friday 8 am - 7 pm, or Saturday & Sunday from 9:30 am - 5:30 pm EST for help with your order. Thank you for your feedback!
