Website was easy to use but phone lines are expensive if you want to speak to an advisor. Also disappointed there is a 1% credit card charge if you pay by credit card

Legoland hotel over the phone booking
Lovely sales agent, explained the process/ extras.
Had visited the hotel so well informed. Great service and no waiting in queues for the phone to be answered.
