I will of course pass your comments onto our web team to add to their think tank. At Legoland, we understand we should never be 100% happy with how our website performs as it is always evolving with improvements often from the feedback our guests provide.
We use Feefo as our main feedback platform, however there are many Legoland reviews on Tripadvisor for guests to digest at their leisure.

Phone booking
I made my booking by phone as I wanted to ask a few questions and it was excellent. I was able to get answers straight away and then commence booking. Operater I spoke to was first class.
