Very helpful, friendly staff. Able to speak to the same person when I called back. I would recommend booking by phone.

booking experience not good
did not get the return call I was told I would and then told I wouldn't get my money back from original booking for 3-5 days even though it was taken from my account within 2 hours.

Good booking service but pricing availability could be easier to find out. Prices change regularly, in 48hours the price had jumped £25 so would be much easier to look overall and see the prices,...

Sadly the hotel was booked when we wanted to stay but it was great that there were other hotel options that included the ticket passes as well.
