It was almost impossible to make the booking from overseas. The site info was not clear enough about which days the park was open versus the hotel, there was no info about what the premium rooms...

I am very sorry to read that you had trouble completing a booking from overseas.
Even though we are a UK company, we understand the opening times could of been clearer on our website. I have raised this with our web team in order for them to see this gets added in.

Straight forward
We booked our break after receiving a notification about a sale. Straight forward and easy to use web site only took a few minutes to find a date, plenty availability.

First time I will be staying at LEGOLAND but, the site was very easy to use and booking was very easy. Also I managed to secure a cheaper holiday by using the early bird offer. Can't wait for August!!!!
